OneOcean Port Vell is a world-class marina for superyachts located in the heart of Barcelona on the east coast of Spain. One of few city-centre marinas in the world, visitors can enjoy all that Barcelona and Catalunya have to offer, with the beautiful Balearic islands and stunning Costa Brava just a short cruise away.

Barcelona is also the perfect destination year-round, with everything you could wish for as part of a summer cruise and plenty of winter activities and ski slopes within easy reach. 

The marina offers 151 luxury berths up to 190m LOA, alongside and stern to, for short-term or long-term stays.  All berths include power, potable water, cable TV and fibre-optic internet connection (complimentary 3mbps, higher capacity available).

Marina staff are also happy to come to your yacht to make the check-in process as smooth as possible.

OneOcean Port Vell is also serious about security with full ISPS compliance, 24/7 security guards, CCTV and electronic access to all pontoons, docks and buildings. A full security briefing is provided for captain and crew on arrival.

Facilities at OneOcean Port Vell

The Gallery is OneOcean Port Vell’s spectacular reception building, a two-storey, 2,750m2 glass building with sweeping views of Barcelona. This is the heart of the marina where you’ll find the reception, a fully equipped gym, OneOcean Wellness, a dedicated crew lounge and office space for marine businesses.

OneOcean Club is a private members’ club and restaurant built on the water overlooking the marina and superyachts, set to become the go-to destination for Barcelona’s social elite. Designed by Barcelona’s El Equipo Creativo, the club combines comfort and style ideal for relaxing at the terrace bar or sampling the fine Catalan-fusion cuisine.

On the top floor there’s a fully equipped business centre, two meeting rooms and a bar area for networking and socialising.

On the ground floor you’ll find the Crew Lounge, an exclusive space where yacht crew can relax and enjoy the comforts of home, chill out on the terrace, watch films, or join in a number of crew events laid on by the marina.

Yacht Maintenance in OneOcean Port Vell

Yacht are allowed to carry out interior maintenance and controlled work to the exterior within OneOcean Port Vell, one of very few marinas in Europe with the TPA permit usually reserved for shipyards. Non-EU flagged vessels can therefore benefit from tax exemption on berthing, works and approved support services and supplies at the marina. For major works the marina is conveniently located 300m from MB92 shipyard.

High Profile Events at OneOcean in Barcelona

OneOcean Port Vell plays host to the MYBA Charter Yacht Show in April, welcoming leading charter brokers including Burgess, Camper & Nicholson, Y.CO, Thompson Westwood & White and Fraser, to step onboard an exceptional fleet of superyachts. This year there were 53 superyachts on display amounting to 2521 linear metres overall, beating the 2438m total of 2017. The number of exhibitors and overall attendance were also up on last year, indicating the continued success of the event in this vibrant new location.

Another high profile event held in the marina in May is The Superyacht Show, a showcase of the world’s largest and most prestigious superyachts for sale. Launched by the Large Yacht Broker Association (LYBRA), the inaugural event included 22 yachts from 33 - 82m, attracting serious buyers from across the globe.

Founded in 2012, LYBRA is a trade association representing the largest superyacht brokerages including Burgess, Edmiston, Fraser Yachts, Ocean Independent, Northrop & Johnson, Yachtzoo, IYC, and Merle Wood & Associates.
