Ron Beilman and Bill Pratley Join Nautical Structures

President of Nautical Structures, Colin Kiley, has announced the appointment of Ron Beilman as Director of Global Service, and Bill Pratley as Director of Aftermarket Sales USA for the Largo, Florida-based company.

 ronbeimanAs Director of Global Service, Ron Beilman has responsibility for both management and growth strategies for all service operations within the company.

These include warranty, part sales, planned maintenance, scheduled inspections, and refit/refurbishment of all product lines within the global fleet. Beilman will be based at the company's Largo, Florida facility.

Ron Beilman’s  credentials include a 14-year stint with Burger Boat Company where he served as Floor Manufacturing Engineer, Group Manager of Joiner-Furniture CAD Design, Director of New Product Development, and Vice-President - Engineering & Interior Design.

Beilman then spent three and one-half years at Palmer Johnson Yachts as Project Manager overseeing all aspects of design, construction, commissioning, and delivery for PJ 262, 264 and 268 yachts.

Most recently, Beilman served as Technical Designer/Sustainability Consultant for Pro Terra LLC/Clear Group International where he was responsible for development and initiative launch with USGBC for the ƎPIC! Yacht Design Guide and Assessment Program, the concept and development of a 50-meter hybrid-electric Explorer yacht;

Bill Pratley joins  as Director of Aftermarket Sales USA

billpratley2 As Director of Aftermarket Sales USA, Bill Pratley's responsibilities will involve providing single-point contact for the yacht repair and refit markets throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. Pratley comes to Nautical Structures after eleven years at Rybovich where he served as Project Manager prior to overseeing the Project Management Group as Director of Services, and finally serving as Account Executive for service clients.

At Rybovich, Pratley oversaw more than 300 yacht repair and refit projects annually. Pratley's responsibility as Account Executive was to develop and grow long-term relationships with yacht owners, captains, brokers, and yacht management representatives.Prior to his tenure at Rybovich, Pratley was a service manager for MarineMax, responsible for customer service and technical support for primarily Hatteras yacht owners and captains on the Florida west coast.
