Mangles Bay Marina Taking Shape

The vision for the Mangles Bay Marina is starting to take shape and we are pleased to release the first artist impression of this exciting marina development. Looking north over the marina, the image features a 3.5ha site accommodating a boat stacker, club house, boat lifter and marine supply store.

The marina village at the heart of the precinct is located on the protected western side while a range of tourism, commercial and residential amenities are linked by a pedestrian bridge and public walkway along the entire marina’s edge.

The proposal, including refined plans, will be released during the City’s advertising of the project early next year and Cedar Woods and LandCorp are proud to present this first look at what is set to become a five-star marina-based tourist development.

Satisfying the long need for better public access to Mangles Bay, rehabilitation of the point of Cape Peron and improved boating infrastructure in Rockingham, this spacious marina will have something for everyone.

Flanked by a range of recreational facilities including cafes, restaurants, cycling and pedestrian pathways and affordable short-stay accommodation, locals and visitors will find themselves spoilt for choice.

Once complete, the marina will link the point of Cape Peron with Mangles Bay and waters of Cockburn Sound, giving the public greater access to this under-utilised but prime piece of WA coastline.

This is the first in a number of artist impressions depicting the development and we look forward
to sharing them with you as we progress Mangles Bay Marina to create a destination that the people of Rockingham can be proud of.
