Hill Robinson Appoints Paul Cook as COO

Hill Robinson is delighted to welcome Paul Cook as Chief Operating Officer.

Having managed one of the largest marinas in Europe and led marine industry companies through periods of exceptional growth and success, Paul’s abilities in management, commercial development and operational efficiency are well evidenced. 

Paul’s maritime career began in the Royal Navy and saw him move on to captaincy of superyachts before choosing to turn his extensive organisational and leadership skills to directorship roles and business management on shore.

Experienced in international operations, complex contracts and strategic brand positioning, Paul’s potential to generate new business for Hill Robinson, expand the company’s service offering and deepen client loyalty is an exciting move for the firm, which celebrates 20 years in business.

Paul’s 30-year experience and broad industry understanding provides him with a unique perspective that whilst is undoubtedly a benefit to Hill Robinson’s corporate structure, will also evidence itself in direct benefit to Hill Robinson’s clients.

Paul’s role will see him responsible for ensuring that Hill Robinson has the highly-skilled and motivated team, processes and procedures that will best support its global client base.
