C&N Broker Wins Richard Earp Award

Camper & Nicholsons would like to congratulate sales broker Alex Lees-Buckley for winning the Richard Earp Award in recognition of his tansparency, integrity and fairness, qualities that Richard himself was known and admired for.

As a senior broker at Camper & Nicholsons, Alex Lees-Buckley has over 40 years experience and has worked on some of the most prestigious yacht builds in the world.

Having worked as a sales broker at Fraser Yachts, Richard sadly passed away earlier this year and this award was created to honour his dedication to the superyacht industry. The Richard Earp Award has received an extremely positive response and an impressive list of nominees.

Roberto Giorgio, Chairman of Fraser Yachts and of the judging panel, explains, “We received 12 nominations and the list of nominees was really inspiring. This award has been created to emphasize and reward human qualities with a particular focus on the valuable attributes of transparency, fair and ethical behavior, charisma and style which Richard was renowned for. We want to encourage these values in our industry and especially to the younger generation of brokers. We really believe that this award should become an industry award and be celebrated as an annual event.”
