A fantastic time was had by everyone who participated and came to watch the Antibes Raft Race on Saturday. The organisers are particularly grateful for the enthusiasm across the yachting community and the generosity of sponsors, all of which made the first race since 2012 such a success. The event will have raised a large amount for the Anibes Lifeboat and Restos du Coeur - final numbers will be revealed next week.
Tomorrow, Friday 20th April 'Post Event Drinks' will take place in the Blue Lady pub from 6pm, when the raffle will be drawn and the winning bid for the Schiller water bike will be announced.
