Marina Port Vell in Barcelona, which is set to become one of the world’s most elite super yacht destinations, is delighted to announce an innovative discount berth structure for the Summer-Autumn 2014 and the Winter 2015 seasons.

Now, to celebrate its grand re-opening, it’s offering special “Welcome Home” rates to ensure ample dockage for transient yachts. MPV is providing this “pre-opening” promotion as an incentive for owners and captains to build their Mediterranean itineraries and better familiarize themselves with MPV and the Catalan region. All nautical work at the marina will be completed in July with the restaurant and reception buildings finished by October.

Beginning the 1st of June and running throughout the summer months, any yacht staying 2 weeks or more will save 50% on dock rental fees. For those looking to spend the winter of 2015 in Barcelona, MPV is also offering a full 50% discount for long-term leases.
