Inwards Marine & Burgess Sell Impressive 125m Berth

The largest yacht berth ever to be sold in Italy has been concluded in the Marina Genova Aeorporto by Inward Marine and Burgess.

This is also one of the largest berths to be sold in the Western Mediterranean in the past few years.

The impressive 125m x25m has been sold to a private client represented by the Sales Director for Burgess in Monaco, Rupert Nelson.

Future yacht owners of large yachts will be faced with the inevitable difficulty of finding large berths to accommodate their yachts in the most sought after and strategic Ports, as the tendency towards larger yachts increases.

With many 80 meters plus yachts currently under construction, and with a limited amount of berths available to cater to their requirements, existing large berths are becoming attractive real estate investments for owners.

Marina Genova Aeroporto is able to accommodate over 100 yachts varying from 25m to over 100m that come with leases valid until 2052. The Marina offers a 140m fuelling quay and a separate duty free commercial fuel quay as well as a helicopter aviation fuel quayside.

Inwards Marine represent berths in over 80 Marinas in 10 different countries.
