First RWA One Day Wine Course of the Autumn
The Riviera Wine Academy has announced its first One Day Wine Course (in English) for October, In the beautiful surroundings of the Château de Bégude Hotel and Golf Course in Valbonne/Opio.
Attendees will experience a tutored tasting of expertly chosen wines from across the world, with wine tuition from one a qualified Master of Wine (MW). One of only 312 Masters of Wine in the world (more people have been to space!) Rod Smith MW is an accomplished, experienced and talented public speaker and de-mystifier of all things vinous.
After the day’s course participants will have learned all aspects of what makes wines taste the way they do, and what names and words to look for to ensure that future purchases more closely match their tastes.
The day will run from 09.30am to 4.00pm, with a break for lunch from the Château de Bégude’s excellent and noted restaurant.
The price per attendee is €199 to include all wine samples, coffee, water and lunch.
People are advised to book early to ensure their place, as spaces are limited.
