The Return of the Virtual Charter Yacht Show

Michael Skoulikidis, president of the Greek Yachting Association, has announced the return of the Virtual Charter Yacht Show. Following last year’s success, it’s once again time for us to enter the fascinating world of Greek yachting via its unique digital portal.

The association prides itself on being more than a yachting organisation, and each year it hosts the Mediterranean Yacht Show, the largest global event of its kind showcasing motor yachts, motor sailers, and sailing yachts. Bringing charter professionals and members of the press from all around the world to the port of Nafplio, the MEDYS has become an important fixture on the yachting calendar.

The events of the past two years have changed the way we get together and have indeed presented a challenge. However in the midst of all challenges there are always opportunities and room for innovations such as the Virtual Charter Yacht Show.

The Virtual Charter Yacht Show allows charter professionals to explore the GYA fleet through an intuitive online platform. Our global audience can sail through a curated collection of world-class vessels, enjoy guided video tours of their interiors, and gain access to exclusive information. The first Virtual Charter Yacht Show was a real triumph, and the team is excited to welcome guests back for a second installment.

After a two-year absence, the MEDYS will be returning to Nafplio from April 30th to May 4th 2022. Until then, the Virtual Charter Yacht Show will give guests a taste of what is in store.
