The ACREW Monaco Lounge, in partnership with Warsash Superyacht Academy, is the place to be during Monaco Yacht Show. Superyacht Captains and Crew are invited to participate in innovative masterclasses, benefit from professional advice, and enjoy complimentary drinks and exquisite networking lunches served by top Swiss chefs.

This not-to-be-missed event offered by ACREW and their Partners at the well known La Rascasse is complimentary to all superyacht crew in attendance - a great opportunity to learn, connect and grow as a professional superyacht crew member.

The ACREW Monaco Lounge provides a perfect place to relax and further your career during the Monaco Yacht Show. Come along to network with peers and join in an innovative programme designed to educate and inspire!

Here is a taster of the wonderful experiences and services on offer to you:

Masterclasses. Specialist workshops delivered by industry experts for Engineers, Captains, Chief Stews and First Officers. The programme includes topical, exciting and inspiring sessions such as WOW Factors at Luxurious Tables with Peter Vogel, The Alarm Monitoring and Control Systems of Tomorrow led by De Keizer Marine and Paediatric First Aid and Duty of Care with Medaire to name but a few.

Taster Lunches. Phenomenal fresh ingredients supplied by leading Dutch provisioner NeKo, brought to life by Galleytek’s chefs and cooked in the lounge with Galleytek´s cutting edge galley equipment. Guests are invited to enjoy a tasting menu and witness first-hand chef demonstrations on how to produce complex food with ease and precision.

Networking. The perfect place to get together with fellow crew professionals.  Enjoy plenty of space in the well positioned La Rascasse including fantastic views of Monaco Yacht Show from the two terraces.

VIP Terrace.Warsash Superyacht Academy; widely considered to be the most prestigious superyacht training centre in the world, invite graduates as well as crew interested in certification courses to meet the specialist team at the Warsash VIP Terrace, inside the ACREW Monaco Lounge, to discuss their future career path.

Financial Advice. Private appointments available to discuss investments and finances with the highly reputable St. James’ Place, United Adviser Marine and IFX Foreign Exchange.

Careers Advice. Throughout the show careers advisors from Warsash Superyacht Academy and IYC Crew will be on hand to provide one-to-one advice on all aspects of careers on-board.

Monaco Yacht Show Tickets. Captains and Crew attending Masterclasses will be offered a day pass to the show.

The Masterclasses

ACREW masterclass facilitators truly represent the pinnacle of practice in their respective fields.  Internationally renowned, our partners bring a wealth of experience to the table and lead on-trend, important and current sessions which inspire innovation and creativity. The masterclasses are designed to be practical and easily implemented so the impact of attending the session will be both immediate and significant.

The ACREW masterclasses also provide a vehicle for essential debriefing and discussion around new and changing regulations.  For Captains, the opportunity to have this clearly explained by experts that will be able to field any questions and facilitate meaningful discussions is of immeasurable value.

Each masterclass will begin and end with a comfortable networking opportunity. The wonderful food served in our lounge and complimentary drinks from the bar will provide the perfect accompaniment to further topical discussions with fellow Captains and Heads of Departments.

The Food

The Taster lunch at ACREW Monaco Lounge promises to be an exciting experience, offering a delicious taster menu to hungry guests. Served between 12pm – 2pm each day this healthy, satisfying lunch will be the place to eat during the show.

Superyacht galley specialists Galleytek are flying in top Swiss chefs from Salvis to prepare and serve complex mouth-watering dishes in a seemingly effortless manner. Galleytek and Salvis will demonstrate to Captains, Stews and Chefs how a superyacht galley can produce large quantities of sensational quality food even in the confines of a small space on-board.  

See first-hand how effectively this beautifully engineered equipment delivers on ease of use, speed and versatility to push the boundaries of quality food and quality service.

All the food is provided by leading Dutch superyacht provisioners NeKo Yacht Supply who pride themselves on the quality of their produce.  

Each day they will bring along one of their suppliers to talk about how they produce food of such high quality and to demonstrate some ideas about how to get the best from it. Lots of interactivity and of course tasting will be an integral part of the fun! Anyone passionate about food will enjoy this immensely.
