Seatec 2014

The 12^th international Seatec Sea Technology and Design Show kicks off for three days from February 5^th to 7^th inclusive in Carrara, Italy.

Focusing on technology, sub-contracting and design for boats, mega yachts and ships, the exhibition boasts a dedicated sailing area, a Med Village dedicated to the Mediterranean and its bordering countries and more than 30 events and conferences taking place in Italian over the three-day period.

State of the art high tech pavilions just steps from the picturesque Tuscan-Ligurian shore make up part of the 95,000 sq metre indoor and outdoor complex and marina, which, with its architectural elegance and clean lines, make it the perfect location for discovering all that is new and in development in yachting technology.  

Seven conference rooms  holding between 30 to 700 delegates, two restaurants and seven cafes are based around a wide central area which offers internet points, banking, a travel agency, hotel booking, press room, press office, news stand and technical office support as well as parking for 3,000 cars.

With hotels available just 7 km from the exhibition centre and regular free shuttles to and from Pisa airport as well as free entrance to professional visitors who subscribe online, the scene is set for a great Italian start to the European show season.
