Last year there were 20,000 views in the show with 3,000 people attending over 40 conferences during the three-day event. This year the event has extended its duration and will cover four days of the first week of June, capturing not only the professional yachting industry of the Balearic Islands but also, during the weekend, the essence of the island’s lifestyle for yachting enthusiasts.

This year's programme will include more online sessions as well as livestreaming from the physical Palma International Boat Show. There will be conferences from relevant industry partners including top professionals in the industry and media experts.

This year there are several new features that will bring the Balearic Yacht Show closer to the visitors including:

  • Networking: Visitors will have access the platform through a personalised dashboard that shows the full list of attendees and will allow them to interact with exhibitors directly.

  • Exhibitor stands: Each exhibitor will have their own virtual stand through the online portal which allows visitors to interact with them and attend workshops, seminars and contact them directly with enquiries.

  • Hybrid event: This year, the Palma International Boat Show joins forces with the Balearic Yacht Show to create the first-ever hybrid event with a live connection being streamed from the physical show which means that visitors could be interviewed and broadcast live onto the platform. QR codes will also be all around the show itself for people to scan and join in on online sessions.

  • Restriction-free: The Balearic Yacht Show is available to anyone in the world with an internet connection. There are no limits on registrations or capacity due to Covid restrictions.

General admission for The Balearic Yacht Show is free of charge which gives everyone the chance to attend the stands and main schedule. VIP tickets are available on an invite-only basis or for a small fee which gives preferential access to private networking sessions. To register, users should visit balearicyachtshow.org/2021/registrations and make sure they select the tick box to ensure their profile is included in the attendee networking session.

Follow the event website balearicyachtshow.org for the latest updates and to find a list of the exhibitors, speakers and events. If companies wish to buy a stand at the Balearic Yacht Show, they can contact the commercial team at comercial@balearicyachtshow.org for more information.
