Maritime Cyber Risk Management Summit 21 June 2016

If you have been reading Marine Electronics & Communications lately you will have seen that our coverage of cyber security issues has steadily increased to reflect the maritime industry’s concerns about business-critical IT systems' vulnerabilities and the increasing sophistication and number of cyber attacks on shipping globally.

In response to the level of interest in this topic, we are holding a one-day event in London, the  Maritime Cyber Risk Management Summit,  in association with Norton Rose Fulbright, on 21 June 2016. 

This event will demonstrate how vessel owners and port operators can protect themselves, practically, technologically and legally, from the risks posed by cyberattacks and how best to respond in the aftermath of an attack.
