Formula One fever arrives at Marina Port Vell

Marina Port Vell will be home to the exclusive Martini Racing Terrazza during the Barcelona F1 Gran Prix Weekend. 
 
The 90m terrazza will be set up on Sota Muralla Quay, and the Thursday prior to the start of the racing action will see an international press conference take place with Brazilian Formula One racing driver Felipe Massa and Finnish Formaula One racing driver Valterri Bottas. 
 
There will be a VIP party from Friday to Sunday where Martini cocktails and sample tapas will be served during the Grand Prix race. Formula One race cars including a Mclaren 650S and Ferrari California will be on display and live music and entertainment will take partygoers into the evening. The event will take place between Friday May 8th to Sunday May 10th.

The free night’s dockage is complimentary for yachts over 20 metres for one night’s stay over the summer season, from May 1 to September 30, 2015.
The gymnasium, Crew Lounge and marina-wide internet are complimentary for all yachts, however, taxes, power, water and other services will be chargeable.
New facilities include OneOcean Club, a private members’ fine-dining restaurant, and the BlueWave cocktail lounge. All are set up with state-of-the-art facilities and full ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code) compliance.

Seakeepers Celebrates Yacht Rendezvous

The International Seakeepers Society will celebrate its inaugural Barcelona Yacht Rendevouz to celebrate DISCOVERY Yachts at Marina Port Vell during the Spanish Grand Prix weekend.
SeaKeepers will host a dinner for a select group of the yachting community at Marina Port Vell private members' Club OneOcean Club on May 15. Tickets start at 500€ the seat.

First five yachts are entitled to a 50 per cent reduced dockage fee (only two available) and a suggested itinerary of experiences, which includes the Spanish Formula One Grand Prix. During the event, the DISCOVERY Yachts Program will be introduced and SeaKeepers will present a video highlighting the 2014 and 2015 DISCOVERY Yachts’ missions.
