Eddie Jordan Officially Opens London Luxury Afloat 2023

F1 aficionado and TV personality Eddie Jordan was joined by representatives from iconic yachting brands Oyster Yachts, Sunseeker and Princess Yachts and show organisers, British Marine to officially open London Luxury Afloat 2023 yesterday.

Following the ribbon cutting and declaring the show open, Eddie commented: “I feel very proud to be here, opening the second edition of London Luxury Afloat. I love being at St Katharine Docks, the location is so perfect, a hidden gem right in the centre of London. The Tower of London makes an incredible backdrop, and just one lock takes you straight out into the Thames. It’s a very calming location, in the heart of the City of London, yet you can be sitting on the deck of a yacht, enjoying the peace and quiet within this beautiful marina.”

Joining Eddie to mark the show’s opening were Oyster Yachts CEO Ashleigh Highfield, Christopher Head, Group Sales Director of Sunseeker London, Alan Knight, brand ambassador for Princess Yachts, Paul Atkins, St Katharine Docks Marina Manager and Lesley Robison, CEO and Paul Gullett, President, British Marine, organisers of London Luxury Afloat.

Ashleigh Highfield, CEO, Oyster Yachts commented: “I'm delighted to be here at the second edition of London Luxury Afloat. Oyster Yachts has always used St Katharine Docks as an iconic central London location which is so convenient for our British and International owners and customers.  It’s a stunning and prestigious location which shows off our beautiful yachts at their best. We’ve bought three stunning yachts, the 595, 565 and our new baby of the fleet, the award-winning European Yacht of the Year, Oyster 495.”
