Seahub – Yacht Maintenance Software

Seahub logo

Seahub is an intuitive cloud-based yacht maintenance software designed by ex-superyacht engineers to improve reliability and safety for the global superyacht industry. It’s a platform to manage, in real time, vessel related projects, onboard inventory, oil analysis programs, documents, warranties and contacts and effectively schedule and document maintenance tasks to avoid costly unplanned downtime.

Overview

Developed by Hunter Oceanic, Seahub is a yacht maintenance platform created by two ex-superyacht engineers with collectively over 50,000 sea miles in the engine room.

Seahub is essentially a digital logbook for your vessel, which feeds you critical information regarding the condition and performance of your equipment. Beyond this, it’s a platform to manage, in real time, vessel related projects, onboard inventory, oil analysis programs, documents, warranties and contacts.

Seahub consolidates other inefficient onboard platforms including spreadsheets, paper based record keeping, address books and unorganised folders into a single digital platform where effective collaboration between crew members, owners, management companies and boat builders can exist. Seahub can be accessed form any mobile device from anywhere in the world!

Bring Us Onboard Today!

A crucial process during the implementation of Seahub is building an organised and structured preventative maintenance plan. Our mobile installation team can attend a vessel, regardless of its location, and integrate Seahub into the vessel’s daily operations.

Manufacturer OEM manuals, along with boat builder specific recommendations are used to extract the periodic maintenance tasks, specific to each vessel. An equipment, inventory and contact database is developed and provides instant relevant information to the user when required.

What Others Say About Seahub

“I found the Seahub much easier to use than comparable products. It was quick to upload maintenance manuals and drawings. I found the Seahub team to be knowledgeable not only of their product and services, but a great understanding of maintenance best practices. I highly recommend them and Seahub. Thanks Matt Hyde & Seahub!

Captain Stephen, 100ft Heesen yacht

“Having the Seahub support team on board during the final phase ensured that the transition onto Seahub was seamless. Whilst bringing the system online they were open to our suggestions and I almost feel like we have a system that is tailor-made to our needs. The training and support was very clear and concise. This hasn’t stopped since the system was handed over as Sam and his team are available 24/7 for any advice and assistance we need”
