General Information & Marina Services

Barbara Beach Marina is located in the heart of the Santa Barbara Plantation Resort, next to the hotel, offering 15 slips capable of handling boats up to 170ft. The marina facilities in Santa Barbara Resort are completed by Seru Boca marina, around the corner in Spanish Water which welcomes boats up to 100 ft in length.

Golf lovers flock here for Old Quarry Golf, designed by Pete Dye, is known to be one of the best in the Caribbean: "A challenge to players of all skill levels, the course meanders between the stunning blue Caribbean Sea, the slopes and hills of Tafelberg Mountain and the sheltered bay known as Spanish Water." If you are otherwise inclined, there are plenty of other ways to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Curaçao, try snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, or explore the coast and the paradise of Klein Curacao (Little Curacao Island) by boat.

24/7 security is provided in the marina including a night boat patrol.

Weather: Curacao is outside the hurricane belt and has a sunny climate all year. The average temperature is about 27° C ( mid 80s F). The trade winds blow constantly from the east, picking up in the spring months. The rainy season is from October till February and is marked by short, occasional showers, usually at night.
