Schiller Bikes has donated an S1-C water bike, the latest model in their sleek wave-riding range, to the Antibes Raft Race to raise essential funds for The Antibes Lifeboat and Restos du Coeur.
The auction will be made by sealed bids, that can be submitted from the 10th to the 20th April on the Schiller auction page. With an RRP of over €6,000, the reserve price has been set at €2,500. Put your best bid forward to be in with a chance of winning!
The Schiller Bike is both light enough to be carried by hand and assembled in minutes, and rugged enough to withstand the ravages of waves and saltwater. The frame is made from marine grade alloys and stainless steel, has proprietry propulsion and carbon fibre belts.
On Saturday you will be able to see a Schiller bike in action at the Raft Race and the same model will be on display that evening at the Shipwrecked party.
A Schiller bike complements any superyacht garage as it is easy to use without training and convenient to store. The bike is perfect for working up a sweat on the water, and also for more tranquil rides where all you can hear is the lapping of waves.
If you are after something more intrepid, however, the Schiller Bike is the transport of choice for adventurers: consider the story of Dave Cornthwaite who last year cycled over 2,000km along the Norwegian coast on his Schiller Bike!
Thanks to the generosity of Schiller Bikes, the winner, who will be announced on April 21, will receive their brand new S1-C bike at their desired location anywhere in the world!
