Motor Yacht ĀKIKŌ Available in Australia & South Pacific

Ocean Alliance is proud to welcome the 34m motor yacht ĀKIKŌ, meaning 'far from home' to the charter market in Australia and the South Pacific. The new owners completed an extensive refit period with McMullen and Wing in New Zealand and Ocean Alliance and she is now available in pristine condition for expedition charters in the region. 

The attention to detail reflected in the yacht’s interior and art collection make ĀKIKŌ an exceptional vessel with a colourful and warm theme throughout.

An expedition style motor yacht, ĀKIKŌ is versatile enough to enter small bays, anchor behind coral atolls or to take guests game fishing. Her luxurious design also won four prestigious prizes at the World Superyacht Awards after her launch in 2008.

ĀKIKŌ is based in Perth, Western Australia, and will be travelling the West Coast of Australia until the end of 2017. In 2018, she plans to cruise South-East Asia and the South Pacific (Fiji).

 
Australian Captain Ben Gillard joined ĀKIKŌ in Perth, having previously run several charter yachts including the popular 147ft Intermarine LADY M.
