The Dubai-based company has added new 'Destinations' marinas in China, Singapore and Thailand

Dubai-based Art Marine Marinas has added new marinas in China, Singapore and Thailand to its ‘Destinations’ concept, which operates in the Middle East, Indian Ocean and Asia.

“The principle of ‘Destinations’ is to increase co-operation between marinas inside the network, and allow the berth holders to receive substantial privileges and discounts when staying at the marinas of the network,” says Bruno Meier, general manager of Art Marine Marinas.

“Berth holders visiting another ‘Destinations’ marina will be considered as members of the same family and can receive benefits and privileges such as reduced berthing fees together with discounts on food and beverage. Bookings, clearance formalities and administrative procedure are all done through our integrated system.”

The latest addition, Nansha Marina in China, has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with ART Marine Marinas, and joins the Royal Phuket Marina in Thailand and the Marina at Keppel Bay in Singapore as the first three Asian marinas in the scheme.

Nansha Marina, the first Five Golden Anchor marina in China, is situated at the heart of China's Pearl River Delta region and is centrally located, linking Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou. The marina offers 352 berths ranging from small sailing boats to large superyachts up to 60m. It is designed as a full service marina with clubhouse, yacht services, haul-up facilities and fuelling, and is the venue for the annual CN Yacht Show in October.

ART Marine Marinas is a Swiss managed company and was founded in 2005. It offers marina development and management services with six under its direct management in the Gulf states and Turkey. A total of 12 marinas are currently members of the ‘Destinations’ scheme.
