Portonovi Marina Montenegro Launches for the 2019 Summer Season

Portonovi Resort's exclusive 238 berth marina managed by D-Marin has celebrated its launch in time for the 2019 summer season.

Portonovi is set to become one of the most sought-after residential and leisure destinations in the Mediterranean, located in Montenegro’s stunning mountain-meets-sea setting of Boka Bay – one of the most unique spots of the Montenegrin coast loved by sailors and travellers alike.

Ahead of the official Resort launch, the D-Marin Portonovi Marina started operations on 1 May. The marina plays host to boats and superyachts wishing to explore the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Dalmatian coasts, serving as a point of entry. Facilities available include private water, electricity, shower, laundry and gas stations. A helipad, boutique shopping and dining precincts along with uninterrupted access to the waterfront will ensure the resort provides a year-round programme of leisure and entertainment activities.

The exclusive waterfront resort of Portonovi will comprise of purpose-built 26 hectares of luxury accommodation offering a wide range of leisure and entertainment. Set in the heart of the Adriatic Sea amongst UNESCO world heritage sites, the resort will provide access to year-round leisure activities and unspoiled village culture in one of Europe’s fasted-growing tourist destinations.

Residents to the Portonovi lifestyle will have their choice of 214 residences during the development’s first phase of waterfront, village and marina residences including low-rise apartments, penthouses and townhouses set amongst high-end boutiques, salons, shops and galleries, world-class maritime-inspired restaurants, and a deep water D-Marin Portonovi Marina along 1.8kms of beachfront access.

Properties in the resort ranging from two to four bedrooms in villa and apartment styles are available for purchase. Bay-view, five storey, one to four bedroom Sky Villa apartments with infinity pools will be situated atop D-Marin Portonovi Marina West Quay – perfect for couples or families.

Europe’s first One&Only, set to open in 2020, will offer a 113 room hotel and 10 branded beachfront villas boast step-up private berths.
