Uniform Shelf Announces Expansion in Europe

UNIFORM SHELF ANNOUNCES Elogo

Uniform Shelf has announced Candice Christiansen as the latest addition to its expanding European team. She will be offering the company’s sizeable range of professional workwear to
superyachts and corporate clients in Spain, France, Monaco and Italy.

Christiansen’s career in luxury yachting and private estates spans almost a decade, including seven years in yacht management and a year in procurement of luxury interior products. She will be responsible for growing the company’s reach both to superyachts as well as uniform stockists along the Mediterranean coast.

Managing Director and Partner Duthie Lidgard said of Christiansen’s appointment: “We couldn’t be more ecstatic to have Candice in our team. Uniform Shelf has received a very strong welcome from the market, and the company has even bigger plans for 2016, starting with Candice bringing our presence right into the heart of European yachting. We pride ourselves on providing clients with longstanding experience and access to the best quality clothing brands. Candice’s strong track record of meeting the demands of superyachts, whether in supplying products or yacht management services,
will be a fantastic fit at Uniform Shelf.”

UNIFORM SHELF ANNOUNCES EXPANDED EUROPEAN COVER WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

Christiansen joins Uniform Shelf’s busy European regional team, already based in the UK and Netherlands, which has been developing its activity in the new build sector over recent months. With an ever-growing selection of lines, including over 30 brands represented internationally, Uniform Shelf offers practical, stylish and performance-focused marine clothing to its retail customers.

As well as working directly with superyacht clients, Uniform Shelf supplies a global network of uniform stockists, including most recently for the iconic New Zealand brand Line7. In December 2015, Uniform Shelf became a distributor of the Line7 Technical Marine Apparel, which offers superyachts a uniform option that combines cost effective durability and performance.
