So what does it do? NAUTIQ is a platform for sharing and displaying information related to your surrounding environment, the trip and the yacht. NAUTIQ is simply the smartest communication tool you will find onboard.
When you're onboard your yacht, with just a few clicks on your phone you can find out everything you need to know about the yacht and details about your stay onboard. You'll find technical information such as the year of build, the vessel length, max speed and gross tonnage, as well as the yacht's Wi-Fi password, today’s menu, wine selections and the tenders and toys available.
And we've also included features for the yacht's crew. For charter yachts in particular, guests do not have as much time to get to know the yacht and the crew so NAUTIQ makes life easier. Sharing information is effective and efficient freeing up time for crew to focus on delivering excellent service safe in the knowledge that with NAUTIQ guests are kept up to date with essential details on facilities and options. Guests receive important information quickly and the owner has the reassurance that their yacht and crew are providing for guests in the best possible way.
Crew no longer need to share contact information with each guest individually. Within NAUTIQ each crew member can create a personal profile including a photo, background information and contact details and owners and guests have access to this information on their phones. They can even contact crew members directly from their phone should they need to ask something or in case of emergency. The user simply clicks on the crew member they need and it opens up a secure chat window. The chef can communicate the catch of the day, the chief stewardess can provide details about the trip and the guests can ask questions.
NAUTIQ puts you in direct contact with the information you need about the yacht and its amenities, improving the efficiency of crew and adding an extra level of service for owners and guests.
