Motoryacht Aviva will be wrapped in Rybovich next month.

Aviva ( formerly Aviva III) is a 68m motoryacht, custom built in 2007 by Abeking & Rasmussen in Lemwerder (Germany). She was last refitted in 2012 by Palumbo Superyachts Refit yards. Aviva yacht has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure with a beam of 12.30m (40'4"ft). She is now in Rybovich which is reowned for it's fantastic facilities.
The captain researched various methods of finishing and discovered that by using foils and films the project timescale would be significantly reduced.
The decision was made to opt in favour for foils and films following a visit to the Monaco show where the client was able to see up close the quality and finish on a couple of similar large projects completed earlier this year by Wild Group.
A team of WG skilled installers will be flying out to Miami in the new year where the project is expected to be completed i approximately three weeks.
The specific marine foils used have been colour matched to Awlgrip battle ship grey by Färben Foils who are currently working with Wild Group to develop tougher, stronger and glossier films and foils for the marine market.
The advantages of a simpler application means there is less labour time and cost as well as less time in the yard.
