Manu was a body builder back in the late 90s. He then decided to go into "personal training" as a means to put his experience into use by helping his clients develop fit and toned bodies as well as directing them in the healthy approach to eat.
He has coached athletes, semi-professional cyclists, tri-athletes for Ironman, a few celebrities as well as people recuperating from illness and operations.
Manu can train you at home or at the gym as well as in groups during his "Bootcamp/Cross training" outdoor sessions
So what is Fitness BOOST-CAMP?
Bootcamp with a difference: the difference being that you will want to “boost” yourself in all aspects in order to gain the end result and believe me...it is worth it.
Add a pinch of Cross training and a smidge of H.I.T (high intensity training, which basically gets your heart pumping and that almighty rush afterwards, and you will be working up a fine sweat.
So... enough with the “science part” - Challenge yourself and get your friends to join with you, the more the merrier.
And what’s the worst that can happen? You will get in shape and actually have a blast doing it.
Manu will get you working as a group or one on one to reach your goal, be it weight loss or to get back into shape.
His sessions are held at the Fort Carre in Antibes and the Parc d’Opio, Opio
The first session is free so no excuses there and people with all levels of fitness are welcome. After that it costs 150€ for 10 sessions and minimum 3 people per group.
