Cedric Seguela, Founder of Secrets de Cuisine

A passionate cook from the age of 14, Cedric Seguela began working on board cruise ships before landing his first job as a chef on a superyacht, openning his eyes to a very different challenge.
When he later moved ashore he founded Un Chef à Domicile, a private chef catering company, and then Secrets de Cuisine, the only cooking school in the south of France accredited by MCA to provide the Ship's Cook Certificate.
Having maintained his connection with the yachting industry we met up with Cedric to get his insight into the role of a yacht chef and the latest trends in high end cuisine.
