Refund Policy


Customers may cancel the booking of profiles, editorials, basic listings and banners, at no cost, within seven days of payment, provided the content is not yet live on the website. You may cancel your booking via telephone or email (see below) and you will receive a full refund within seven days. However, once your content has been approved and is live on the website, no refunds will be given.

NOTE: All profile products involve a 12 month engagement and, once published on the website, no refunds will be issued. Towards the end of this period we will contact you to discuss the renewal of your subscription and, if you choose to proceed, a new contract will be issued for a further 12 months. 

If you require any assistance before or after your content is posted on the website, please contact us at any time and we will be happy to help.

OnboardOnline.com will present your content on the website as agreed, but in no way guarantees the success or performance of your content or banners. 

NOTE: Inappropriate, illegal, adult, or prohibited content will result in account termination.  OnboardOnline.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.
