General Information & Marina Services
Marsa Al Bateen is located in one of the oldest inhabited areas on the west side of Abu Dhabi island, fronting the Musaffah Channel. In 2010, TDIC launched a redevelopment of the wharf to rejuvenate the area and provide a range of facilities and services to the community.
Central to this 6,465 m² venture are two world-class marinas: a basin accommodating 324 berths ranging from 10 to 18 metres to the West; and a large yacht marina on the East for 48 yachts up to 30 metres long. The West Marina is surrounded by an expansive promenade lined with retail and dining outlets, hotels and residential apartments, combined with wide open landscaped spaces to create a truly relaxed environment. On the East Marina and set next to the Marina Office, the region’s first purpose-built dry stack accommodates 138 vessels that are up to nine metres in length.
