The Palma International Boat Show takes place this year from April 27 to May 1, alongside the Palma Superyacht Show which is now in its sixth year. The two shows have experienced year on year growth cementing the centrality of Palma to the Mediterranean yachting industry. Known for its laid-back culture with lively night-life and renowned gastronomy, the capital of Mallorca is a favoured spot for owners, brokers and tourists. It is not surprising therefore that 19% more visitors are expected to the show this year, which will cover a 15% larger exhibition area. The on-water display of 300 boats will include 80 superyachts.

Timed perfectly to coincide with the start of the Mediterranean summer season, the Palma International Boat Show & Superyacht Show bring an impressive selection of world-class superyachts and industry leaders to Mallorca, furnishing professionals with unbeatable networking opportunities and the chance to learn about new provisioners, services and companies as well as show their yachts in front of credible buyers and charter brokers.

Palma's unique aspect is a 50/50 balance between motor and sailing yachts which this year are presented once again by lead brokers from Burgess, Northrop & Johnson, Ocean Independence, Edmiston, Fraser and YPI among others. Browsing visitors will also be pleasantly surprised by the large selection of tenders on display, representing a growing sector of yachting as superyachts get bigger and design is increasingly customised.PalmaSuperyachtShow

The Refit and Repair area was well received when it debuted in 2017; this year it expands by 25% as well as being integrated into the rest of the show. A new layout bridged by a floating walkway will tie all areas of the show together, eliminating 'cold zones'.

Of course, cocktail soirées, industry seminars and parties complete the offering of what bodes to be a fantastic show in Palma!

The show is open from 11:00 to 20:00 every day apart from Saturday 28th April, La Noche del Mar, when festivities continue until 23:00.
