The World Superyacht Awards celebrates the finest sail and motor superyachts delivered in the last year, and recognizes the owner that has made the most extensive use of their superyacht with the Voyager’s Award.

While the three finalists had all undertaken remarkable voyages, it was the 49m superyacht Glaze that took the prize following her owner’s action-packed cruise along North West Australia, venturing to the remote and spectacular Kimberleys.

Motor Yacht of the Year goes to Dilbar (156m)

The Motor Yacht of the Year Award, which recognises the best motor yacht delivered in 2016, is selected from the winners in the motor yacht categories by a panel of judges and this year's winner was Lürssen's superyacht Dilbar. One of the most complex and challenging yachts ever built, the judges described her as the most spectacular yacht they had ever seen, making her the clear winner for this year's award.
