Meet Sarnia's Specialists in Monaco

At this year's Monaco Yacht Show Sarnia will have five members in attendance from the Sarnia Malta and Guernsey teams. Please come along to our stand number QS65 in the air-conditioned Darse Sud tent, near the entrance by La Rascasse.

Meet the Sarnia Team in Monaco

Bruce Maltwood - Business Development VAT Structuring

With 26 years of yacht industry experience, Bruce has in-depth knowledge of yacht ownership structures and VAT. He is one of Sarnia’s Directors and is often one of the first people that yacht owners, managers or brokers call upon when considering a yacht purchase or build. Bruce is also very knowledgeable about crew employment matters and is a trusted name in the industry.

Dan Armsden - Yacht and Crew Technical Flag Registration

Dan has always worked in the yacht industry and is Sarnia’s Yacht and Crew Technical Manager. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of crew employment structures, social security and yacht compliance. He is also Sarnia’s leading adviser on flag selection, yacht registration and safe manning.

Patrick Spiteri - Malta Services VAT Management

Patrick is the Managing Director of Sarnia Yachts Malta and is very knowledgeable about tax compliance and corporate structure solutions. He will be joining the Guernsey team at the Monaco Yacht Show and is available to discuss Maltese leasing, importation, yacht registration and accounting services.

Claire Lawrence - Client Service Yacht Administration

Claire is one of Sarnia’s Relationship Managers. She draws upon her trust and private client background to oversee clients’ yacht-owning companies and crew employment structures. She will be at the Monaco Yacht Show to talk about the day-to-day minutiae of owning and managing a yacht.

Sue Guilliard - Corporate and Compliance Client Services

Their Operations Director offers their clients in-depth risk and compliance advice. Sue has over 25 years of experience working with ultra high net worth clients and she applies her knowledge of corporate governance to their clients’ yacht-owning companies. She is STEP qualified and will be at the Monaco Yacht Show to discuss the complexities of the international regulatory frameworks that affect this specialist asset class.
