Additionally, One Island Park - Miami Marina is just outside of the Captain of the Port (COTP) border making the location exempt from the requirement to file an NOAD 96 hours prior to movement. The newest marina in Miami is beautifully landscaped with the chic designs corresponding with nearby South Beach and providing a true Miami vibe.
This IYG marina is of the highest calibre, catering only to megayachts of 45.5m - 244m LOA, with a maximum draft of 12m. Please note, there is no maximum air draft in the marina. All the expertise of our highly trained and experienced staff is dedicated to taking care of your every need, seven days a week, ensuring your yachting lifestyle is filled with only enjoyable experiences. Upon approach, each yacht is met by our knowledgable dock staff at the slip where we ensure that every need of the owner, captain, and crew is carefully met. On the premises you will find a variety of amenities to enhance your stay in Miami, including business services and wi-fi available in the office, dock-cart assistance for provisions, yacht-side parking and more.
